Profile:                         I am looking to obtain a position as Head chef or as a Sous Chef on a larger vessel. I am hard working and have a great sense of humor. I have excellent organizational and communication skills. I am team oriented, adaptable, reliable, flexible, responsible, helpful and friendly. My main concern is always producing the highest quality cuisine that all guests and crew will enjoy.  I focus on keeping my dishes full of flavors and as healthy as possible. I can prepare numerous different cuisines specializing in Mediterranean cuisine.  I also have a skill set in all areas of deck maintenance and maneuvering operations.
