     Kita no Donburi Japanese Restaurant as Kitchen Manager, Handling kitchen staff about 5-10 persons, ordering purchase direct to supplier, in charge to food cost control.(2015-2016)

     Top of Vancouver Revolving Restaurant as incharge grilling section, creating new fusion sushi, Western cuisine expediting ordering.(2015-2016)

     2 Years Teppanyaki Chef and Sushi Live Show at Yamato Japanese Restaurant (2012-2015)
